Bio

Valerie came to know the Lord as a young child. She always knew she wanted to serve the Lord in some way. She graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 2006 with a degree in Broadcasting. Shortly thereafter she began working for the Mars Hill Network, a Christian radio network based in Syracuse, NY.

Over the last several years, Val has worked in various capacities at MHN. She and her husband, Craig, along with their two young children, Gideon and Ruby, also serve actively in their local church.

Fun Facts

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

A: Alaska. I can’t even imagine the raw beauty of God’s creation to be seen there.

Q: What does your family love to do?

A: My family loves to go on nature hikes. We get a state park pass every year and love to explore “hidden” waterfalls and lakes. We’ve seen some beautiful sights!

Q: What are your hobbies?

When I’m not working, I homeschool my 2 kids – Gideon and Ruby. In my spare time, I love to cook and bake. I organize meals for shut ins for my church, and bake goodies for my coworkers and my Sunday School every week! My specialty is double chocolate brownies!
