Writes content (under the supervision of Community Relations Manager) designed to engage followers and promote the Bridge Radio and Bridge Bible Talk within the vision of The Bridge Radio and BBT.

Responsible to Maintain winner communication, internal processes, prizing, and on-air content to voice trackers as directed by community relations manager and General Manager.
Participate in and evaluate local promotional events. Pro-actively stay informed of community, church, and major city events. Strategically and creatively evaluate and plan participation for the strongest impact.
Pro-actively suggest and create new and innovative ways to reach potential listeners and spotlight Bridge Radio. Examples of these would be event sponsorships, Pastors conferences, community events, social media presence and any event worthy of station presence.
Work with local promoters and ministries to promote events that are consistent with the format and audience for The Bridge Radio. 1) Look for ways to promote Bridge Radio stations at these events through displays, stage presence, and other creative options. 2) Look for ways the gospel would have best impact.
Responsible to keep a schedule and staff all Bridge Radio booth activities. Develop and maintain a team of approved volunteers by Community Relations Manager to partner representing The Bridge Radio and assisting with promotional activities at church events and conferences.
Come up with creative enter-to-win campaigns, games and activities to draw potential listeners to the booth and ensure people have fun and are reached with the Gospel.
Make sure logistics of events are set up in terms of displays, promotional items, ministry resources and contesting opportunities.
Collaborate with other Bridge Radio Departments like operations department, on air talent and office manager. When appropriate, share potential promotional partner information including details about discussions and relationships.
Responsible to Update Events pages on Bridge Radio Website and manage Bridge Bible Talk website as needed by the request of the General Manager.
Responsible to Take creative photos and videos. Find the balance with what our audience wants and engage with locally and make sure it aligns with Bridge Radio vision.
Some travel in order to participate in events especially our annual Bridgefest which is all hands-on deck.
Responsible to Maintain inventory of all promotional items (The Bridge Radio & Bridge Bible Talk) and report to the Community Relations Manager on regular basis and determined by the Community Relations Manager.
Perform administrative duties for the Promotions department as directed by the Community Relations Manager.
Assist Community Relations Manager in any other duty outside of original job description.
